We started out repainting HDBs in Tampines with a two-man crew, a lot of dust sheets and one rule: leave the flat cleaner than we found it. That rule hasn't changed.

Crack filling, sanding, dust-vacuuming, degreasing kitchens, treating any mould. 60% of a great finish is here.
Prime
Sealer, stain-block or wall-strengthener — chosen per wall. We never skip primer on repaints.
Paint
Two finish coats. Edges cut in by hand. Premium roller sleeves. Daylight inspection before we call it done.
